As a resident of Montana, I drove to San Diego & had mechanical issues with my 2015 Forrester. Not knowing of a GOOD local automotive service here, I asked my cousin, an auto-electric shop owner mechanic of 40 years. Who he took his vehicles to. Old school customer service and quality work. They answer their phone and speak to you with kindness and respect and give you proper expectations. What more can you ask for? I was in a bind and they didn't over promise, didn't over charge and delivered in less than the expected time. i feel like I made ne friends today.

My experience with Future Automotive was great. They diagnosed the root causes of my vehicle issues, including knock sensor and airbag lights, and other minor repairs, and provided a cost-effective plan. Throughout the process, they maintained communication and found ways to reduce costs. The repairs took three business days and were done on time. I appreciated their fair pricing and they charged less than the initial max cost estimate since they didn’t need all estimated hours. Their honesty and transparency were appreciated. I recommend Future Automotive for Toyota owners, but believe they can handle other makes just as well.

Jeff is the greatest ever! He has been performing, and I mean "performing", automotive repair since the early 80's. He is so thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He gets the job done and always in a timely manner. Also, he is so very trustworthy, NOT the type of repair shop that recommends repair work that ya don't need. Exceptionally qualified at his skill, stays up to date on every little thing, including the fast changing diagnostic equipment. Domestic and foreign, older make models as well as the new stuff. Jeff is such a good guy, a true gentleman, and offers pretty much all auto repair work, and he does it all with an awesome attitude. Sometimes its hard to find that perfect, excellent tech, let alone a repair shop, that can do all this with such expertise. Highly recommend Future Automotive for all of your automotive repair and maintenance work. He does it all, from the basic oil and filter change services; Fluid Flushes; 30k, 60k, 90k, 120k; A/C Service; Front End Alignment, Brake and Front End repair work; to the most intense diagnostic repair.
