Need to make sure to call customer(s) toward end of day to provide status of work and whether its needed or okay for vehicle to be left overnight. I dropped off vehicle in morning (e.g., I did not have appointment), provided problem, I understood there was a backlog of work, and left my vehicle for the day. I did not get call at end of day so I called around 5:30 PM to check on whether vehicle was looked at, but no one picked up, so vehicle remained at facility overnight. I did receive call the next morning with status and work required, and I did receive prompt call when work was completed. The personnel at Future Automotive are friendly and competent. The work seems good and the rates are reasonable.
