Took my Explorer in with a rear light problem and talked with Buddy. It turned out to be pretty simple but the best part was the friendly, neighborhood-type feeling there. Quick, courteous, friendly and good at what they do. I'm going back next time I have a problem.

My Ford Expedition has never had better service or care that these guys have done. For a smaller shop, I was impressed with their customer care, professionalism and the good results of their work. I had been going to another shop in Poway for years but, they always would charge me $100's of dollars for any repairs. So, I changed to Buddy and Future Automotive Services and I'm happy that I did.
